PDAC's Board welcomes eight Directors at 2024 AGM
The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is pleased to confirm the election of eight members to its Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 3, 2024.
“PDAC’s Board of Directors plays an important role guiding the Association’s work to ensure members can access the land, capital and skills required to responsibly discover and develop minerals and metals,” said Raymond Goldie, PDAC President. “This group of directors brings extensive industry experience and knowledge, and we are excited to see the positive contributions that they will make to the Association and the industry over the next three years.
The following individuals were elected or re-elected to PDAC’s Board of Directors:
- Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas
- Charles Beaudry
- Kurt Breede
- Jessie Liu-Ernsting
- Gordon Maxwell
- Karen Rees
- Rob Stevens
- Valerie Wilson
The PDAC Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance and stewardship of the Association. Directors are elected annually by the Association’s members at an AGM in March. Nominations for the PDAC Board of Directors will next open in September this year.
