Important Registration Deadlines
Friday, February 7
Early rate registration rate deadline.
Register and pay online or by mail to receive the early rate. Cheque payments will not be accepted after this date.
Friday, February 21
Deadline to purchase tickets.
Awards Gala, Breakfast Social, Lunch Social and Short Course ticket sales are closed from Saturday, February 22 until Friday, February 28. Attendee registration is still available. Onsite sales are subject to availability.
Friday, February 28
Onsite registration opens.
Awards Gala, Breakfast Social, Lunch Social and Short Course tickets (subject to availability) may be purchased at the Ticket Sales Counter, South Building, Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC).

We accept VISA, American Express (AMEX), MasterCard, and cheques (cheques are only accepted until Friday, February 7).
Wire transfers are not accepted. For security purposes, the PDAC does not take payment over the phone.
You will not be able to utilize the "pay later" option if you have Awards Gala, Breakfast Social, Lunch Social or Short Course tickets in your cart.
All cheques must be drawn from a CAD or US bank. Payment may be made in US dollars using an exchange rate of CAD 1.25 per US dollar. Registrations and ticketed event purchases will not be processed until full payment is received.
All students must register for the convention. To qualify for student rates you must be enrolled full-time in a recognized academic program.
Students over 16 years of age may register as a Student All Access Pass (member), One Day All Access Pass, or an Exhibits Day Pass Students 16 years of age and under can attend the convention free of charge. Please contact events@pdac.ca
Cancellation Policy
Registration and ticketed event cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, February 21 (email the Registration Department at pdac@pdacevents.ca) to receive a full refund of the Registration Fees less a 25% administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after Friday, February 21. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Substitutions may be made until Friday, February 21 (email the Registration Department at pdac@pdacevents.ca). After Friday, February 21, substitutions can only be completed at the onsite registration desks (starting Friday, February 28). The replacement attendee is required to register with PDAC and provide a business card and proper documentation (a letter from the registrant who paid for the registration), authorizing the individual who will be attending in his/her place.
Any outstanding balance and payment terms for the registration will become the responsibility of the substitute attendee and must be satisfied in full prior to such substitute attendee being granted access to the Convention.
