Access to exhibit halls during non-show hours is available only to those with an Exhibitor Staff Pass. Exhibitors may access the show floor three hours prior to show opening on Sunday (the first day of the show), and two hours prior on Monday-Wednesday. Exhibit halls are open for half an hour after show closing each day.

Staffed by Registered Nurses who are capable of responding to a variety of emergency situations, and can also administer over-the-counter and prescribed medications to attendees. Stations are stocked with AED defibrillators and may also be used for breastfeeding.

If you prefer to have a privacy for breastfeeding or lactation, we offer private rooms located within the first aid stations. A fridge, a sink and electrical outlets are available to use within these areas.

Priority renewal will be given to all 2024 exhibitors before opening applications to new exhibitors. Applications will be released in early summer for returning exhibitors and in the fall for new exhibitors for Investors Exchange and Trade Show & Trade Show North.

Applications will be released June 20, 2024 at 10:00 am ET for returning exhibitors and will be released September 17, 2024 at 10:00 am ET for new exhibitors.

The exhibiting company on record must occupy the exhibit space and be figured prominently at all times. Exhibitors may contact PDAC to apply for an official name change if they wish to change their name on file. PDAC does not permit double listings or sub-listings for exhibitors with fewer than four booth spaces. If the company on record is found subletting or reselling, they will lose priority renewal for PDAC 2026 and going forward.

Only one company name is listed per booth space in the Convention Program. Please note that the PDAC does not permit sub-listings in the Convention Program for exhibitors that have fewer than four 10' wide booth spaces.

Each 10' exhibit space includes:

  • (4) exhibitor staff passes
  • (1) generic All Access Pass to be shared between the four exhibits staff

Each organization exhibiting in the Trade Show or Investors Exchange has the option to purchase an additional two Exhibitor Staff Passes (for a maximum of six exhibitor staff passes) per 10’ booth.

YES! The Ontario Ministry of Labour designates the PDAC exhibit floor (during move-in and move-out) a construction zone; therefore, personal protective equipment must be worn.

The Ontario Ministry of Labour does not permit children under the age of 16 on the show floor during move-in and move-out. During convention hours, children under the age of 16 are able to attend.

The distribution of materials outside a paid exhibit space is prohibited. Material may not be distributed in the aisles or in other areas of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management immediately so that we can address the situation.

Show Management can be found in the Exhibit Management Office, Hall D entrance, Room 825A, Level 800 in the South Building and Hall C, Room 309, in the North Building.

No, individuals and companies from anywhere in the world can join the PDAC.

PDAC membership is based on the calendar year from January 1 through December 31. If you renew or join between October 1 and December 31, you will enjoy membership through the next calendar year.

Membership numbers are displayed on your member dashboard and on your receipt/invoice under customer ID.

Individual members must login to their membership profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.

Corporate member representatives (and booth representatives) must login to their profile at  events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Corporate Membership Profile” to modify company details. Corporate representatives can update their own contact information by clicking, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.

To obtain an individual membership invoice or receipt, login to your profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Invoices/Receipts” under Individual Membership.

Each corporate membership includes one complimentary individual membership which is assigned to the corporate representative. Any other employees of the corporate member organization wishing to take advantage of member benefits must purchase their own individual membership(s).

This individual serves as the primary point of contact for all communications regarding corporate membership and is responsible for renewing. The corporate representative enjoys all the benefits individual membership has to offer, including discounted rates on registration for our annual convention and short courses, complimentary member-only webinars, and more.

No. Corporate members receive a substantial discount on exhibiting at our annual convention but membership is not required in order to exhibit.

No. New and renewing exhibitors who would like to take advantage of the discounted member rate can complete the corporate membership and exhibitor applications at the same time. Booth representatives must login to their respective profile and click on "PDAC 2024 Exhibitor Application" under the Booth Management heading. 

Only corporate member representatives and booth reps can login to their respective profiles to renew or apply for their company's corporate membership. There are five distinct types of individual membership – Core, Regular, Senior, Student, and Life.

The Core Member loyalty program requires continuous, annual membership with payments made each year between October 1 and December 31. Members who maintain 25 years of continuous membership qualify for free lifetime membership at the age of 65.

Regular members can join the association at any time of the year and are eligible to become a Core member after one year of membership.

Life

Life membership is a special honour awarded to PDAC members who maintain 25 years of continuous membership and who have reached 65 years of age. Life members do not pay annual membership fees.

No. If you would like to take advantage of the discounted member rate on registration, you can renew or apply for a new individual membership and register for the convention at the same time.

RENEWING – login to your profile and click, "Register for PDAC 2025" under Attendee Registration. You must select the "membership" option in order to receive the discounted rate on registration. The individual membership dues will be added to your cart and you will be prompted to complete the registration form.

JOINING - if you have never been a member in the past, create an account to obtain a username and password. If you have been a member in the past, you may login using your existing credentials. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click the "Recover username/Forgot password" button and follow the onscreen instructions. After login, click "Register for PDAC 2025" under Attendee Registration.
