Convention Highlights

The convention is the culmination of advocacy efforts undertaken by PDAC throughout the year on behalf of its 7,200 members and the mineral exploration and development industry;
PDAC President Felix Lee joined Minister of Natural Resources, Seamus O’Regan, in the announcement of Canada’s list of critical minerals;
The International Stage featured global mining jurisdictions including Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Greenland, Ireland, Kazakhstan and Peru;
An exploration of the future of space mining and the advantages to cooperation between space companies and the mining sector;
Six PDAC Awards honouring excellence in the industry were handed out at the Awards Gala;
Eight Short Courses were offered for mineral exploration professionals and students to update their knowledge of mineral exploration science, technology management, and other related topics; and
Exhibit Halls featured 700+ exhibitors. This year, exhibitors connected with attendees via text and video chats.
