North Meeting Space

Location: Level 200, Room 201 (new location)

Hours:

Free semi-private meeting rooms are available for one-hour bookings per day per attendee. Each room can fit up to 10 people maximum and includes one power outlet. 

Online booking will be available starting January 8, 2025.

An attendant will also be onsite to accept walk-in reservations on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Sunday, March 2 at 9 a.m.

South Meeting Space

Hours:

All guests attending meetings must have a PDAC Convention pass to enter the meeting area.

Online booking will be available starting January 8, 2025.

VIP Meeting Space & Lounge 

Location: Level 600, Room 602 (New Location)

Hours: 

Only VIP All Access Pass holders have access to this private and exclusive lounge and meeting space.

The meeting space has seven (7) semi-private, complimentary meeting rooms. Each room can fit up to a maximum of 10 people and includes a power outlet. 

VIP Pass holders will be sent the online booking link for meeting space on February 10, 2025. Non VIP attendees will be permitted in the meeting rooms ONLY.
