Centerra Gold is a Canadian-based gold mining company located in Toronto, Canada engaged in the operation, exploration, development and acquisition of gold properties in North America, Asia and other markets worldwide. Our objective is to build shareholder value by maximizing the potential of our current properties and leveraging our financial strength and experience to acquire new long-life, low-cost projects. Centerra Gold is one of the largest Western-based gold producers in Central Asia and operates three mines, the Kumtor Mine in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Mount Milligan Mine in northern British Columbia, Canada, and the Öksüt Mine in Turkey. In 2020, Centerra Gold produced 824,059 ounces of gold and 82.8 million pounds of copper from its three operating mines. In addition, Centerra Gold has a de-risked late-stage brownfield project in northern British Columbia, Canada the Kemess Property and exploration properties and joint venture properties in Canada, Finland, Turkey and the United States. Centerra Gold's shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol CG.
